Who sets everything up and returns it?
We set everything up for you, making everything run smoothly and on time allowing you to enjoy a stress-free day. We also come and collect your package or item at a time that will be agreed.
How long does the Glow Furniture last?
The furniture lasts at least 8 hours on the fastest colour changing mode but reducing the speed of the colour change will last longer and setting the colour on a single colour mode can last 12 – 16 hours depending on what piece you have.
How long does it take to recharge the Furniture?
The Furniture takes 6 to 8 hours to recharge. Chargers will be provided for hires longer than 1 night.
Do you need to have your own garden for the Hot Hub hire?
Yes, your own private garden is a must with this hire being a minimum of 3 nights. Please state when booking if you have a garden tap and where the closest drain will be from the Hot Tub.
Is there a charge for delivery?
Delivery is included in the price within a 15-mile radius to Dundee (including Arbroath). A Delivery charge will apply to areas out with.
Do Glow With The Flow travel out with Tayside, Angus & Fife?
Yes, we would just charge an additional fee to cover additional time and fuel consumption.
What happens if something is missing, damaged or broken?
The package / item will be inspected and counted upon collection and any damaged or missing items would be deducted from your deposit. Please do not stand on any of our furniture and be cautious of electricals in bad weather.
Are deposits returnable?
Deposits are returnable if the cancellation is given with at least 2 weeks’ notice. Any cancellations before your date of booking will result in loss of your deposit. To avoid losing your deposit due to circumstances out of your control, you can reschedule your event date.
